Their working relationship is grounded in years of shared service to the District and the Democratic Party. Beginning in 2015, Councilmember Bonds worked closely with Kevin during his leadership of the DC Young Democrats and later alongside him on the DC Democratic State Committee. Most recently, Kevin served as her Committee and Policy Director for the Committee on Executive Administration and Labor, partnering closely with Councilmember Bonds to advance key legislative and oversight priorities and deliver results for District residents.
